Integration and employment of IDPs

The FPEC has provided more than 30,000 consultations (career, psychological, vocational guidance) to IDPs in seven regions: Kyiv, Dnipro, Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv, Kramatorsk, Lutsk, Lviv and Zakarpattia. We engaged more than 100 partners from business, government and civil society.
RIZNA
It is possible to be self-sufficient, professionally fulfilled, and live in harmony with yourself and the world. All you need to do is stop following stereotypes and allow yourself to be yourself. And we will support and help you with everything else.
Our tasks
- To create a women’s circle of trust and acceptance;
- To provide individual psychological and career counselling;
- To conduct training sessions to improve and develop soft skills;
- To increase the competitiveness of women in the labour market;
- To help overcome the problems of gender discrimination against women in the Ukrainian labour market.
Our achievements
The FPEC involved 50 women in the project and provided 169 career and psychological counselling sessions. The participants received 116 coaching consultations and 7 soft skills development trainings on financial and legal literacy, self-presentation, public speaking, employment, etc.

- as part of the 2020 programme, we introduce and teach the skills of the future, and adapt soft skills to the current requirements of the labour market.
Our achievements
The FPEC has conducted courses on mastering new professions in more than 15 areas. In particular, SMM, SEO, project management, online store from scratch, management accounting, basics of tourism, recruitment school, sales on Amazon, basics of programming, etc. We organized more than 15 workshops on soft skills development, including non-standard business solutions, public speaking and self-presentation skills, writing commercial proposals, sales and administration, etc. The Skills 2020 programme included 10 modules: complex problem solving, critical thinking, creativity, people management, interaction with people, emotional intelligence, etc. A total of 477 people took part in the Training Programme and about 140 people attended the Development Programme.

Employment of people 45+
Age is not an obstacle to self-realisation if you have the desire, aspirations and determination. We advise people aged 45+ who want to find their vocation among a variety of professions and give them the belief that anything is possible.
Our tasks
- To help with CV writing and interview preparation;
- To Provide career support;
- To teach new skills (English, computer courses, accounting);
- To provide support from a psychologist.
Our achievements
The FPEC involved 200 participants in the project, 50% of whom received a job offer within 6 months after completing the training. 46 people received psychological support.
BizClub business incubator
The programme includes a full range of assistance to start-up entrepreneurs: training, crash testing of projects, mentoring, communication with potential investors and possible financing, and many other additional offers.
Our tasks
- to help IDPs and veterans start their own businesses;
- To advise on restarting a business in a new place of residence;
- To promote the creation of new jobs and the growth of small/medium businesses in Ukraine.
Our achievements
The FPEC organised an extended programme of training, counselling and crash testing for 98 IDPs and veterans. 117 beneficiaries completed a course on entrepreneurship development. More than 50 participants completed the Business Plan on a Napkin training intensive, and more than 200 clients attended masterclasses by successful entrepreneurs. In addition, 2 events “EpicFail: Stories of Entrepreneurs’ Failure” were organised and attended by 45 guests.
Microgrants for self-employment
We give you the opportunity to realise yourself in your own business, which you have long dreamed of but have not been able to start. It’s never too late to start your own business, wherever you are and whatever your circumstances.
Our tasks
- To provide grants for the purchase of equipment for business owners and the self-employed;
- To create opportunities for IDP women in Zaporizhzhia and Donetsk regions to receive vocational training as seamstresses or related professions;
- To teach women how to start and run their own business.
Our achievements
The FPEC involved 571 participants in Zaporizhzhia and Donetsk oblasts, including 177 entrepreneurs and 394 self-employed persons. Participants received 14 trainings and 279 individual consultations. We provided 51 grants and 164 pieces of equipment totalling UAH 1,718,197.75. 7 participants registered their own businesses and created 30 new workplaces.
Mentoring programme for entrepreneurs
Improvement is the key to success, and the environment is the main motivator. We try to create an environment of motivated, experienced people who will help you develop your own business, improve processes and find the right solution in any situation.
Our tasks
- To promote the development of the culture of entrepreneurship clubs and create a community of like-minded entrepreneurs;
- To provide mentoring support to participants with no experience: teach them how to achieve a stable income.
Our achievements
The FPEC conducted 50 trainings for over 320 people on the development of coffee, beaty, confectionery businesses and industries in cities such as Kramatorsk, Mariupol, Sievierodonetsk, Dnipro, Odesa, and Kyiv. More than 50 start-up entrepreneurs took part in business intensives, and more than 60 successful entrepreneurs attended 23 meetings of business clubs.
