Our achievements
We have already supported more than 6,000 veterans, provided more than 16,000 career and psychological consultations, 3,930 participants have completed retraining programmes, and about 200 have started their own businesses.
Grants for training and requalification
With us, it is not scary to try yourself in a new field. We are ready not only to train, advise and assist in the adaptation of military skills to a civilian profession, but also to provide grants for training and retraining.
Our task

- To improve the welfare of veterans and their families.
Our achievements
FPEC conducted 20 trainings on transition to civilian employment for 578 veterans and 10 one-day soft skills development sessions for 250 veterans. 423 veterans received grants for training and retraining. We also provided 19 scholarships for veterans to celebrate the Day of Defender of Ukraine.
Peer-to-peer mentoring programme
Understanding your goals, opportunities, and barriers when learning a new business, developing your career, or starting a project in your community is extremely important. The programme’s peer-to-peer mentors will help you decide on a direction of development, take a step forward in your chosen field, or implement social initiatives.

- To strengthen the knowledge and skills of veterans for their successful reintegration.
Our achievements
FPEC engaged 12 mentors from different regions of Ukraine to work with 44 veterans who worked on their professional development plans in various fields. Eight trainings were held for the programme participants on such topics as communications and fundraising, self-presentation and public speaking, planning, mentoring development and group dynamics.
