For governmental and non-governmental organisations, communities

Together we are a force. Our unity makes us invincible and capable of implementing changes at a more systemic level. We are guided by a comprehensive approach to solving the social problems of the people we work with, so we engage communities, NGOs and government organisations in cooperation.

Teaching the SEC how to work with veterans

We are convinced that veterans should receive a high level of service from any state institution, wherever they apply. To this end, we train employees and consultants of the State Employment Service in the specifics of working with veterans so that their services are focused on the needs of veterans and meet the current requirements of the labour market.

Our tasks

  • To expand employment opportunities for veterans from Kyiv, Kyiv, Lviv, Zhytomyr, Zaporizhzhia, Kirovohrad and Poltava regions;
  • To improve the quality of services provided by the State Employment Service;
  • To inform veterans about the possibilities of adaptation and application of military experience in a civilian career.

Our achievements

The FPEC engaged 76 representatives of the SEC who took part in trainings on the integration of military experience into civilian professions by veterans.  Three support groups were held to prevent emotional burnout for 60 employees of state employment centres. 114 veterans took part in 4 trainings “Five Steps to Successful Employment”. 3 Job Interview Simulation Clubs were held, with 20 veterans participating. Two videos were created on how to adapt and integrate military experience into civilian service.
